We need YOUR help in raising $3,000 to purchase gift cards to assist patients with travel expenses when referred to the city for care.
This year's Giving Tuesday gifts will be used to help patients when they need it most. Even though we would like to be able to address all our patient's healthcare needs, there are times when out-of-town referrals must be made. Funds raised through Giving Tuesday will go to purchase gas cards and aid with meals and lodging when individuals and families cannot afford travel costs when referred to out-of-town doctor appointments.
Our goal is to raise $3,000 that will be used by patients across all areas of the hospital. With your help, we will purchase $25 gift cards to go to families in need. Help us reach our goal of raising $3,000 by donating today!
